Saddle specs
SADDLETREES: Bowden Saddle Tree Co is known for their
high quality saddle trees. They are made of
wood and rawhide. Their trees offer the best of new and old
technologies. They use CNC precision machines to carve out the parts,
then assemble, and then rawhide their trees the old fashioned way to
give you a saddle tree matched by no other.
LEATHER: Hermann Oak Leather Co has been making leather
for 125 years. Theirs is the leather by which all other saddle skirting
is judged.
WOOLSKINS: The Nugget Co. is known for their domestic
woolskins. We use 1" pile, number 1 skins to put in our saddles.
STIRRUPS: We have our own stirrups made through
Istirrups. They are made from A356 Aluminum, heat treated, and then hand
polished to produce a high quality stirrup.
SADDLE HARDWARE: We use U.S. hardware on our saddles.
CONSTRUCTION: Each saddle is carefully made by hand one
at a time. They are made in Texas by Texans. Your satisfaction is our
top priority.
RIDE SYMMETRY: Each VINTON SADDLE is designed to fit
the horse, the rider and to provide the proper geometry to allow both
horse and rider to perform as one and at their best.
